With the Analyze module, you can gain quick insight into your client’s financial performance.
Analyzing financial data, such as a client’s annual figures can be quite a task. However with the Analyze module, you can gain quick insight into your client’s financial performance. Fyndoo Advise is able to use both annual and interim figures of the company as a basis for analysis.
Based on the balance sheets and the profit and loss statements, the Analyze module calculates various ratios to give you an update on your company’s financial performance. This calculation model has been proven in practice: Fyndoo banking clients also use it. A big advantage is that the formulas are fixed, which is not the case in Microsoft Excel for example. This means you do not have to calculate the formulas yourself. Making it not only easier, but also reduces the risk of errors. Allowing you to create a financial analysis which your client would have confidence in.
Are you curious about the different ratios Fyndoo Advise calculates? The quick ratio is a great example. This specifically measures the financial situation and liquidity. The software also calculates the solvency, follows the development of profit margins and gives the average payment term of debtors. This enables you to find possible areas for improvement to increase the client’s financial viability. These are just a few examples of the numerous key figures Fyndoo Advise can calculate.
The figures can be entered manually and this can be done very quickly thanks to our clear input options. If you prefer not to type anything at all, you can import figures from, for example, Unit4 Audition or Caseware. You can also import Excel files and XBRL files. In short: plenty of options.
Once you have produced a financial analysis, you can easily export it to PDF or Excel. Fyndoo Advise offers a number of standard reports - an example is the ‘one pager’: a summary of the most important stats and key figures on one A4 sheet.
